Return Policy

You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days after receiving the products, in case you do not like it for any reasons.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.

Damaged and Defective goods received A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
A picture of the damaged part has to be sent via e-mail for assurance.
Our team reviews it within 1 business day and offers you a solution as any one of the following
a) Replace defective good immediately free of charge.
b) Offer you a credit note.
c) Refund full amount instantly.

Color Variation A 10% color variation is an acceptable norm. Color variation also occurs in picture due to various monitor configurations & light effects used during photography. Sometimes slight variation in work can also occur. So,
If the variation is higher than expected (then norm) return is accepted.
A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
A picture of the product has to be sent.
We can also request you to return the product in original packaging and once it is received by us, our team will review your complain and if we find it genuine we will refund the full order amount.
The extra shipping cost is refunded by means of credit note which can be used on any future purchase.

Product being not liked Condition 1 If you have made customization on Saree, Lehenga, Suit, Tunic or any men’s wear, it cannot be returned on grounds of not liking the product. NO RETURNS accepted in this case.
Condition 2 If there is no customization, we accept return at your cost.
Return has to be made on your cost i.e. shipping charges has to be borne by you. Once the product is received by us you will be refunded full money or you can ask for credit note which can be used on any purchase in future.

Product customized but fitting not perfect Condition 1 Wrong measurement from your side:
In this case you can send the goods back on your cost and we will try to re-fit the product to correct measurement. This is done Free of Cost. A reshipping charge would be applicable in this case ranging from 10USD to 50USD for international orders and 200-300rs for India orders.
Condition 2 Stitching not as per your measurement:
In this case you can send the goods back. Once we receive them, we will analyze/cross check. If we find it stitched not as per the measurements provided by you, we will re-fit the product or send you a new product Free of Charge. The shipping cost can be refunded back on your credit card or you can take a credit note which can be used for purchase in future.
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Vivaah Fashion for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Vivaah Fashion does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
All defective products being returned to Vivaah Fashions shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Vivaah Fashion within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Vivaah Fashion.
Safe receipt of defective product by Vivaah Fashion is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more then usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / saris worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
